Mayanicol’s Embodied Emergent Ecology grows through relationship. Caring for those relationships includes respecting your privacy, honoring your choices, and being clear about how your information is used.

What you share

When you subscribe to email or text updates, you may provide your name, email address, and/or phone number. I use this information to share news of new sound transmissions and offerings within Mayanicol’s Embodied Emergent Ecology—including listening experiences, movement practices, gatherings, and invitations to participate.

Your subscription information is used only to send the updates you choose, manage your preferences, and maintain a record of your consent.

Your information stays within the care of this relationship

I will never sell or rent your subscription information, trade contact lists, or share your information with other businesses or individuals for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number and text messaging consent will never be sold, shared, or transferred to another organization for its own messaging.

The services that securely store subscription information and deliver emails or texts may process the information necessary to provide those services on my behalf. They are not authorized by me to use it for their own marketing. Information may also be disclosed when legally required.

Your consent is yours

Email and text subscriptions are separate, voluntary choices. Joining one does not automatically enroll you in the other. Subscribing is never a condition of purchasing an offering or participating in the practice.

Care over time

I retain subscription information only as long as needed for the purposes described here. If you unsubscribe, I may keep a minimal record of your preference and prior consent to honor your request and meet legal obligations.

I take reasonable steps to protect the information you entrust to me, while recognizing that no digital system can guarantee absolute security.

If these practices change, I will update this notice and its effective date. Any new use requiring your consent will be offered as a new choice.
