For purposes of these Terms, “Mayanicol” refers to the artist and rights holder Maya Jordan, also known for certain music rights and ASCAP registrations as Maya Nicole Johnson.
Sound Transmissions and Copyrighted Recordings

For purposes of these Terms, “Sound Transmissions” means any audio stream, embedded audio, transmitted sound, member-only sound experience, score, voice recording, field recording, music, sound design, audio file, livestreamed audio, recorded audio, or other sonic material made available by Mayanicol through the website, membership area, private link, event, email, download, or authorized platform.

Sound Transmissions are provided as copyrighted sound recordings and, where applicable, as musical, literary, choreographic, audiovisual, or other creative works embodied in or accompanying those recordings.

You may not copy, download, capture, rip, record, screen-record, audio-record, reproduce, sample, remix, edit, alter, synchronize, distribute, upload, repost, embed, transmit, perform publicly, sublicense, sell, lend, rent, archive, train AI systems on, or otherwise exploit any Sound Transmission without prior written permission from Mayanicol.

Access to a Sound Transmission is for personal listening or viewing only unless a separate written license states otherwise.

Membership Access Does Not Grant Redistribution Rights

Membership, subscription, registration, ticket purchase, password access, private link access, or any other form of access to Mayanicol materials provides a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access the materials for private, personal use only.

Membership does not grant redistribution rights.

Members may not share, sell, lend, sublicense, repost, upload, stream, broadcast, transmit, publish, distribute, archive, or otherwise make available any member-only materials, including but not limited to film, video, audio, sound recordings, sound transmissions, text, images, downloads, private links, passwords, access codes, or recordings.

Members may not share account credentials or allow any other person to access member-only materials through their account.

Any unauthorized redistribution, public sharing, copying, recording, downloading, or commercial use may result in termination of access and may be subject to legal action.
