I invite you to settle into your body. Feel both the emotions and physical sensations in your body. Move your body however you are able. Go for a walk. Play it during your daily workout. Do some breath-work. Do a yoga or Qi Gong session.Dance with your entire body. Dance with your eyes. Get in where you fit in :)

We started 2026 (Gregorian calendar), and we have entered the spring in the western hemisphere, transitioning from water element season (connected to the kidney organs in Traditional Chinese Medicine) to the wood element season (connected to the liver and gallbladder in Traditional Chines Medicine). This is the beginning of the astrological year. What have you planted metaphorically? Allow your embodied intuition to lead you in this year of the horse.

ALL that you desire is already here and done. Allow.

Somatic (in body) Guide For This Sound Transmission

This basically means that I am going to list a few things for you to do and pay attention to while you listen to the transmission.

  • During your time with this sound transmission, give your self permission to be present and allow subtle shifts to take place with in yourself.

  • Use the sound transmission to do your favorite breath-work technique. My favorite is the fire breathing variations because I’m so fiery. I use the rhythm to keep track of my breathing.

  • When you are listening to the transmission where do you feel it in your body?

  • What, if any, is the color in your body?

  • Does it incite a specific sound?

  • What is your body nudging you to do?

  • Allow yourself to move your body if you feel called to move and if you are able.

Journaling With The Sound Transmission

  • Journaling with the transmission on a loop for a minimum of twenty minutes is another really potent way process subtle shifts in yourselves.

  • Allow yourself write.

  • You can try “free writing”, allowing yourself to write non-stop for the duration of your allotted time. Try not to stop. Try not to think. Allow yourself to write whatever comes through your conscious or subconscious mind.

  • For the fine artists, draw/color/paint freely whatever comes through your conscious or subconscious minds.
